New phone

Hi all, I've recently joined the EE network however my android phone is from Three. I can't seem to get my new device (phone) to work. When I switch it on it keeps saying "enter password". I don't have a password.  I was given a PAC code a while ago but what with moving house this was few months ago. Does anyone know what I need to do as so far I can't use my new phone! I've no idea what my password is to use my new phone.

From a quick Google search, this can sometimes happen on some older Android phones and particular LG models.
