I signed up for new contract and phone for myself yesterday and put 3 other plans to sim only deals.
The sim only deals have been updated on my EE app, however mine is still showing my old phone with old contract.
Is it because I havnt put my SIM in my new phone yet? I wouldn't think that but I don't know why my contract hasn't been updated because surely it's relevant to my SIM rather than handset thank you

We know how important it is for your account to be up-to-date, so I can understand your confusion that this isn't showing what you'd expect. Did you complete your upgrade in store, or was this done over the phone, or online?
