New Voicemail

My wife's mobile, also on EE, continues to display a new voicemail message. When we check the message, there is never a message, and therefore we cannot delete it and remove the display.

Is this a bug. She recently upgraded to a new mobile and it appears on this new mobile making me think its a bug on the sim card. Can you assist please.

@graeme_gerrard  It’s nothing todo with the sim or device it’s the voicemail server for her voicemail that’s stuck with a phantom voicemail.   You need to call that device and leave a voicemail then you call the voicemail from her device and listen to that voicemail then delete it.   You might need to restart the device afterwards to clear the notification.
