I am unable to make or receive calls at my house. I returned the handset back to EE over a week now and they failed to send me a text message to let me know they have received the phone. EE mislead their customer by stating that once they received your device it will be process within 48 hours.I have been waiting over 7 days now to get some kind of acknowledgment that they have the handset.
