Did you mean:

My old phone was better.

I got an upgrade from the Oppo A9 to the Oppo A53s and, to be honest, my old phone was so much better. The new one is so slow and apps close on their own like the old one never did.

Can I just go back to my old phone?

Is it possible to just put my sim back in my A9 because the A53s really isn't it.

Like I said, apps close on their own, the keyboard shuts itself away whilst I'm in mid paragraph, my calls cut off and the power button doesn't always work. It's really a downgrade.

Please let me know if I'm able to just use my old phone, I'm so upset I was really looking forward to the upgrade, but it's really disappointing.

Many thanks guys!

When did you upgrade? If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

You may alternatively put your SIM in your old phone & continue to use it.
