@Charlieboy56 as an EE broadband customer, you specifically need to log into https://id.ee.co.uk/ and select the option to "Link a product". Then select the broadband option. You'll need your account number. Once you've completed the process, the account will become instantly available in the EE TV app.

I've confirmed that your account isn't currently linked to any EE ID, so it should go through without any issue.

Hi @Charlieboy56

Sorry you're having trouble with that. If the EE TV app is saying there's "no active subscription", it's usually one of a few things:

  1. Double check you're signing in with the same EE ID that the TV subscription is linked to.
  2. Try signing out of the app, close it completely, then sign back in.
  3. If you've recently changed your EE account details or upgraded, the subscription may need a little time to sync with the app.

As a quick test, can you log in to your EE account through a web browser and check whether your EE TV subscription is showing as active there? If it isn't showing, you'll likely need the EE TV team to take a closer look at the account.
