I have a Motorola g4 and my wife has a Haewei h7 phone.

We want to swop phones,…how do we do it?

Can EVERYTHING on one phone be moved to the other, including ee phone no. and visa versa.

or am I asking the impossible …..nano sim on Haewei and micro sim on Motorola!

Hi @jfostern

Modern SIM cards pop out into different sizes, so the micro SIM may pop out into a nano SIM. So you should be able to just swap the SIM cards over. This will allow you to use your number on the other phone.

The data (photos etc) would need to be transferred over through your respective Google accounts.

Does it require any request/intervention from ee?

If android versions are different can data/photos etc be transferred via iMac,rather than Google backup/restore

Not unless you need a replacement SIM card, @jfostern.

In that case, you can request one over the phone or by visiting your nearest EE store.

The instructions may be different device by device for backing up to an Apple Mac. If you're able to, it should be easier through Google backup.
