Has my new phone got any type of warranty/cover

I have just bought the Samsung galaxy z fold4 on contract and wondered if there was any type of cover already in place. As im not sure whether to get insurance for it. 

I haven't opted for any extras like insurance or extended warranties

Warranty is not insurance:

  • Warranty covers manufacturing faults, not if you lose or break it.
  • Insurance covers losses or accidental damage, not faults.

Samsung warranties on mobiles is 2 years. Register it at Samsung Warranty Information
