Hello, I need help restoring an old Harrier Tab that's bootlooping. Can someone provide me with the android 5.1.1 firmware so I can flash it and fix the issue? I had no luck searching online. Thank you.

Have you tried doing a Full Factory Reset on the Device?

What has happened for the Unit to get stuck in a Boot Loop is this due to you trying to change the Firmware per chance.

The device was given to me to fix, and the first thing I tried was factory reseting but the problem wasn't fixed. He didn't really explain what he did but from my understanding he was trying to unlock the bootloader and messed up something as the device just bootloops and can only load into fastboot mode.

Did you Software Factory reset or Hardware Factory Reset (button) if the latter is an option do it again but hold the button in for more than 10  seconds.

Can you get it to Boot into Recovery Mode?

Factory reseting doesn't do anything. I can boot into recovery mode but it seems the source of the problem is a damaged boot.img file. That's why I'm asking for the firmware as it has been impossible to find online.

Still no official ee rom found. I guess the tablet is dead then?

Hello, it seems you need to have a customer account to use the live chat, and as I am abroad I can't call the support number. Is there any other way to contact technical support, perhaps with email?
