Green Flickering Screen - Green Screen of Death?

Heya EE Community! 

I have had my Samsung Galaxy A41 for almost 2 years now, and just now I opened my phone and the screen has gone almost completely green with lines going through it top to bottom. Before this, my phone was refusing any touch screen motion - and as my volume down button isn't working (another issue, I realise.) I cannot force a restart.

Any assistance anyone can give? I'd post an image, but I am unsure how links and such work through this website.

Thank you for your response. Sadly with this current issue I cannot see anything on the screen let alone use the touchscreen. I've booked an appointment in shop to see if they can have a scan over it and figure out anything.

@Gus_Crawley   Do you have insurance?  If not this will cost you to be fixed.
