I've 'upgraded' from a Huawei P20 pro to a Google Pixel 6. After a few weeks I'm finding consistent connection issues, something I didn't experience in 2 years using the Huawei. What do you recommend? I've had the upgrade less than a month - so presumably there is an option to change it? Is this phone known to have problems?

Hi @techdogsbody.
Welcome to the community.
Could you check your postcode on our network status checker to see if there are any maintenance works in your area?
Thanks
Chris

All of the above is exactly what I'm having problems with. Did you get yours sorted. I can start a phonecall fine but then it goes funny and the person on the other end can barely hear me and say I sound robotic (even a woman from EE said the same when I rang for technical help) I've had a full factory reset in the shop and it hasn't helped. Feel I'm wasting my money with this phone.
Also agree about the Google storage. I got rid of 2 thousand photos yet I have less storage than I did when I had my Samsung phone.

Hi @Nats23
Thanks for coming here.
If the factory reset has not resolved this for you, please get back in touch with our Tech Gurus again on 150 or 0800 079 8586 from another phone, and the team will get this looked into further for you.
Leanne 🙂

I have exactly the same problem. Use my Huawei old phone for business & works fine. I have spoken to 5 different people in tech team & swap sim. Search on line there, there apparently majority of users have same issue. Absolutely appalled with EE how they have been dealing with this. Still ongoing and they just don't care! 😡 If you are looking to upgrade to this phone please don't bother.

Hi @LJM123
I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried backing everything up and restoring to factory settings?
