Galaxy watch 7 LTE roaming

Wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. I have a Galaxy 7 LTE watch setup to be used independently from my phone. My phone contract includes unlimited EU roaming and unlimited watch data. I also have the £7 per month (reduced to £0) add on for the watch to have that work on the cellular network.

Does the combination of unlimited roaming and unlimited watch data combine so I can use the LTE cellular function of the watch in the EU without additional charges or will I need to turn mobile data off on the watch and just have it bluetoothed to my phone while abroad?

Unfortunately International Roaming is not currently supported on Paired Watch Plans or any other types of Watch Plan, regardless of whether this would be paid for or Inclusive.

You can continue to use the Bluetooth functionality when you have your phone with you, but your Watch would not be able to connect to a cellular connection at all while abroad.

@rumplediltskint  you can not roam with the watch it’ll not contract to a roaming network.    Your phone tariff only gives you unlimited data for the watch whilst within the UK.    Your phone allowance and the ability to roaming which that allowance has nothing to do with the watch or its data.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

no worries, so as long as the phone is still nearby and connected by bluetooth then it'll work as normal? I just can't use it as a standalone, is that correct?

Exactly that.

Will just fall back to using Bluetooth connectivity by default.
