Just upgraded tonight and thought I would be able to get the buds as it said when upgrading but looking thought comments this has finished now is this right.

@Mully1909  Yes it’s finished.   Do you do this via the my EE app ?  

Yes through myee clicked on upgrade and it took me to shop ee and that's the picture they have on their site 

Does anyone know weather I should call 150 regarding this issue or can anyone on here help
