Free oppo pad air

I upgraded my contract and went for the oppo reno 8 Pro with a free oppo pad air.  I have received the phone but no tablet and can't find any information on it

I've had confirmation that Oppo will be honouring orders that were made on 29/09/22 too. They have a list of customers who ordered. Just claim as normal on the Oppo claims website.

When did you submit your claim? The validation process can take up to 21 days.

I put in my claim on 15th September, but still no response from Oppo to say whether or not I will be sent the tablet. Sent emails to get an update with no response. 🙁

If you hit the 'FAQ' tab at the bottom of the Oppo claims portal page, there's a number you could try calling them on.
