Why am i still waiting for my free ear buds, said itd be 2 weeks been well over a month, taking the **bleep**

Which device and which offer? 

If these are from EE then they will be sent 14-30 days after delivery. 

If this time period has expired then contact EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
