EE Repairs not updating their tracking

Hello,

 

I have sent off my phone last week via the store to the EE repairs team to get its battery replaced due to it being below par in performance when the phone is not even that old. They told me to follow the repairs tracking and gave me the website, I’ve been checking in every day since and the phone is still at the store waiting to be sent out?? How long does it take to get phone repaired?

This doesn’t answer my query though. I am just wondering why the repair team is not updating their tracking system when I’ve handed my phone in over a week ago. It’s stuck at “the device awaiting receipt at the repair centre”?

@Gee-91  have you connected the store to make sure it’s been sent ?
