EE Network Unlock Page Not Working

Anyone else had issues recently with the network unlocking page not working/throwing errors?

The IMEI unlock tool is giving me the 'Something went wrong on our end' error for my second-hand Huawei P30 Lite. I've tried multiple browsers & phones on several days now. Can a moderator help me raise a manual unlock request?

Can't seem to get help when calling up as I don't have the mobile number which the phone was registered to (this normally isn't needed when using the website).

@M1P_ro  you don’t  have to give them the phone number that was used in the device.  It’s a 2nd hand purchase so how would you know that.      They just need the IMEI number of the device and a phone number to contact you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Try calling EE Sales on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.

i will say this...i've been with ee since t-mobile back in mid 90's...and ee's website takes top prize for the worst website out there ..the worst bar none.......top of the faults is the number of times it keeps asking you to log in when youve only just logged in and its greeted you by your first name.....second the amount of times you get the 404 error page.....something often seen in late 90's but these days only ever seen when you attempt to get anywhere on ee's website.....once upon a time it was debatable if first place should go to B&Q but after very little thought no ee won that year too
