I upgraded my phone on Monday which was delivered yesterday. Tuesday I was made aware that I couldn't receive phone calls so tried calling wouldn't work either!!
Should I have received a new Sim card with my upgrade? gone from S20FE to S22 so sim fits fine. I can use the Internet and send text messages.

Welcome to the EE Community.
As long as your SIM fits OK into your new device you can continue using your old SIM.
Have you tried placing your SIM into your old phone to see if the issue continues?

Hi, I've just upgraded my phone and had the same problem. The new phone didn't have a sim so I took the sim from my old phone and put into new phone and it's now working. would be good if EE actually gave you instructions.
