I was an EE pay as you go Customer that wasn't happy so i decided to leave to go to another mobile pay as you go supplier so i sent off for a new sim card from the new supplier and as i tried to follow the instructions to unlocking my EE sim pay as you mobile it came up with you need to enter a MCK code and as i didn't have one i pressed on dismiss button.
So i followed the instructions once again for my mobile to say that my mobile is now blocked as apparently entered the MCK to many times when how can i when i haven't been sent any code
I'm getting very frustrated and all i want to do is to be able to change my EE sim over to another suppliers sim as i rely and depend on my mobile with me being disabled as it's my life line to everything

@Ljb71 Did you request to have your device network unlocked? If it’s looked to EE then it has to be network unlocked before a different network sim will work in it. From what you’ve put, you haven’t requested a network unlock and you just put the different network sim and it’s asked for a unlock code and because you e entered it wrong more than 3 times it’s now frozen the device until you put the MCK code in it. The MCK code is the last 8 digits of the unlocked code then followed by the first 8 digits of the network unlocked code.
Do you have the box the device came in ? As you need the device IMEI number to enter in to THIS The IMEI number is on the box the device came in and without having this you’ll not get the IMEI from the device.
Not sure what you mean by unlocking the EE sim.
