That network showing 4g

I dont know why?

@penciu771  Are you on contract or PAYG ?   5G is only available to contract customers at present. if you are a contract customer are you in a 5G area ?   Depending on when you took this contract out you might only have a 4G contract.   Is your device setup so it can connect to 5G ?
