No calls on mobile

After a phone call  yesterday from one of ee operators who switched my mobile account to unlimited,  my phone will now not ring out and also no-one can ring in. Nor even 150 for help.  I need my phone sorted ASAP for business calls.  HELP.

My Place update text alerts

I left EE a few weeks ago, I am still receiving My Place updates by text. When I visit the page to try to unsubscribe it sees my number as invalid, as I am now on a different network. Can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe from the alerts please?
