I want to show screen shots of messages received to a person at EE. I also need to complaint to EE via email. I have spoken to some one on the phone but this was not resolved and want to properly complain.  I also want to involve my  and other higher authorities. I hope a person will give me the details of how to complain as soon as possible

Hi @ScotJB123

Thanks for coming to the community.

Are you in the UK or roaming at the moment?

How long has this message been showing on your phone?

Also, are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?

Leanne.

I wiah to contact a telephone engineer as I have no reception on either of my telephones

@jninawarwick   There could be a few reasons why you have no signal on your device/s.  Have you had a look at the network status checker ?  You’ll find that HERE ( use the check for problems tab)

Hi @Andrew361

Thanks for coming to the community.

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive, the SIM card will be posted by Royal Mail and has no tracking details.

Thanks.

Leanne.
