Hi @Petru1
Open your myEE app, then Settings - Content lock - change it to off. Then restart the device.
It should work now.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Petru1 if you don’t have access to the option as stated by @Northerner you will need to call customer services and pay a refundable token via a credit or debit card or go to an EE store with ID
