Sick of rubbish callers

I have stopped answering ANY calls where I dont(or my phone doesn’t ) recognise a number. but this one persists! Anyone  know who/what company that’s belongs to?020 4624 9107

E mail from Credit Resources Solutions

I have rec'd an e mail from the above today for a debt of £30. This is news to me, I ended my contract with EE in 2023 and everything was paid up - as far as I know. Why would EE not invoice me directly ? Is this is a scam ?
