I was sent three boxes, without actually asking for these, however I repeatedly get told there are too many boxes for my account.
Any ideas how else I can fix this please? This is only an issue in summer when the third box is in the conservatory!

If you have received 3 boxes, then you will need to have “Extra Box Duo” on your account to be able to access 3 at the same time.
If you have been sent 3 by mistake then reach out to EE to get them returned, or if you want to use 3 at the same time, make sure Extra Box Duo is added to your account.
That enables your main Pro Box and 2 mini boxes.
Or, keep all 3 boxes, do nothing and just make the one in the conservatory your ‘main box’ when it asks if you want to use it occasionally, knowing that one of the others won’t work at the same time.
