My ee tv box keeps freezing. It just randomly stops working. This has to be the worst service.
You can't even email someone to get help. Over the past week, I have had to reset my box at least twice a day. Netflix, Prime, my5, none of them will work.

Thanks for coming to the community.
I can understand your frustration at the box freezing when you are trying to watch something.
Is it just freezing while using the apps, or is it happening with live TV as well?
When you say you've reset it, was that just restarting it or a full factory reset?

Great. Hopefully the software update will help @Robss, but if you do have any further trouble, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides so they can have a look at the box further.
