TV box

Hi hope you all had a wonderful Christmas

I received my set boxes and set it up

thank you but what was the free channels I got other than Netflix, I thought the sale teams when I took out the board said I had paramount as well but looks like I have to pay for it.  I was only paying £4.99 a month for Netflix, the only channel I paid for, the rest was free view.  So if I've not gotten the extra paper view programs I think I'm not paying more for what I had originally

thank you happy new year

@Somdenver1  channels are different from Apps.

First about the apps.

If you have taken out any of the entertainment or the full works packages netflix and discovery plus is available free of charge after you set it up (for entertainment and big entertainment you will have access to netflix with ads and discovery basic)

Paramount plus is available on the pro box or apple TV device and the mini box, whatever devices you have. For what you were paying for netflix, for an extra quid you can subscribe to paramount plus if that is of interest to you.

With regards to channels, it depends on the device you have and if it's the pro box if there is an aerial attached to the pro box or if it has been set up with no aerial.

If no Aerial was attached at set up the current free to air channels that you will receive are included in the list below.

If you notice not all channels are available as of now compared to aerial mode. So if you are missing the U channels, talking pictures or that's TV you would need to go into the settings and reset your box with the aerial plugged in.

If more channels in HD are important to you and the above channels aren't as much, IP mode is your best bet.

In IP mode though BBC recordings are straight from iPlayer though so aren't true recordings.

EE Apple TV box, EE mini box, Full Fibre 900, Sky Stream
