So I need two different accounts!

I have TNT Sports as a mobile add on, and I want to subscribe to Premium HBO Max, as far as I can tell, I can't add (pay extra) via EE and I can't do that directly through HBO Max, because it knows I'm "billed" though EE.

So I need one account for watching the sports and other account HBO Max content. What a mess.

Great that EE mobile have a process for that too @mh_ldn - they didn't on Wednesday when we tried!

I have the EE's employees email address if you need it. But he was great. It was interesting and might have been lucky, he had just had another call about the same issue.

Hi @mh_ldn

Glad that EE were able to sort it out for you in the end. When I’d spoke to EE this morning, they couldn’t sort out the HBO issue as they only dealt with TNT Sports. That’s when I was referred to HBO, who sorted that side of things.

I guess it just comes down to who you speak to at the time. I know I spent in total close to 3 to 4 hours with HBO getting it sorted.

I subscribed to the Top Tier of HBO Max, £14.99 PM. I’m considering linking it to My Sky, for £9.99 PM. I’m just a tad concerned if it goes Pete Tong so to speak. I don’t need that headache, so I might just leave it as it is.

Thanks

Barry 🙂

Hi @DarrenDev

Just out of curiosity now that I’ve got HBO Max/TNT Sports sorted out, why under subscriptions does it say the following?

Billed through EE.

Billed through Discovery Communications Benelux B.V.

I would have attached a screenshot, but it won’t allow me to do so.

Thanks in Advance

Barry 🙂
