Recording TV

We have just moved from BT and assumed we would have the same service.

However,, we can no longer record TV.

We only received 2 TV box minis and from reading the forum I think we need a TV box pro.

Is this not part of our package? 
If not, how can I get one?

Our records show that you already have a TV Box Pro, received in August 2023.  The TV Box Minis that you were sent are for multiroom - you still need to use the TV Box Pro that you already have,
