I also have this issue. 

I have a discovery account. 

I am unable to link my EE and discovery account

Hi @MBukDay85,

Welcome to the EE Community

It is via your Broadband and TV subscription you have discovery+ and not your mobile plan? 

If so activation should be done via your EE online account, logging in and selecting Plans and Subscriptions, then Manage TV and Sport and then Activate for discovery+. 

That should take you to the discovery+ website and if you have an existing account with them select the already got an account option to link them.

If you are having any issues with activation online, if you give our TV team a call they will be able to help getting it linked up for you.
