Recently moved from BT to EE and have big sport. Logged into NowTV with my EE ID associated to my broadband but it’s not seeing the subscriptions. My TV box was already logged in and showing the subscriptions but I could only see a username and not the email address. I want to use the NowTV app on my phone but can’t get the subscribed services. The transfer from BT to EE has been hugely problematic. I’ve had to crate separate EE IDs for broadband and mobile accounts.

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like the NOW TV subscription has either been mistyped or had the wrong email addressed used when it was being set up at our side.

If you get in touch with our customer service guides, they'll be able to check the email address that is being used and amend it if they need to.

Not sure I can bear another hour on the phone. Already spent 3 getting an EE ID sorted and then discovery+ sorted. All worked before transferring from BT to EE. Used to have one email address for all 3 - now I’m having to use multiple.

Have you tried to use one of the other email addresses that you have used @RobDunse?

It would need to be a call to get it checked over by the team @RobDunse. I appreciate you have been on the phone for a while previously, but if it isn't giving you access on any of the email addresses, then they'll need to get into your account to have a look at how it is set up.

We are sorry that you are seeing issues with accessing NOW subscriptions you have purchased with EE. Please could I ask you to elaborate the issue in an email to eetvsupport@bt.com along with an identifier such as Billing Account and the email you think should be set-up for NOW memberships, we will try to take a look further.
