NOW Entertainment and HBO Max Basic subscription

I have the "NOW Entertainment and HBO Max Basic with Ads" subscription as an extra but neither the NOW TV app or HBO app have it listed. It does have my sports package though.

Any thoughts?

I've tried the help about linking my account but that failed and i do have access to the sports package.

You have the Big Sport package @sdjefferies - it doesn't include access to Now TV Entertainment or HBO Max Entertainment.  You can add it as an extra via the EE app, or the Now TV app.

It's showing as an added extra on the list in the app already and I cant add it again.

I guess that's in the EE app?  Unfortunately that's managed by a different team, so I can't see into that.

If you add it via the Now TV app, it'll still appear on your EE bill, and will fix the issue you're seeing.

Yes thats in the app.

OK.  Add it in the Now TV app and everything should work OK.  Alternatively, I can add it to your account for you, if you confirm here that it's OK.
