Isthere anyway you can get a instruction book for how to use EE TV

Although all the staff have been nice I have found moving over to EE from Bt a truly dreadful experience I have has squillions of emails and text but most of it comes across as adverts 

I want to know how much things cost before I click on them can anyone tell me how much the Discovery Channel costs please I can't get a lot of my favourite channels anymore and I thought I might like that

Good morning @Bee7532, welcome to the EE Community. 

I've taken a look here, and from what I can see access to Discovery and Discovery HD as live channels is only available through our Full Works TV package. 

We also offer the option to add access to the Discovery+ streaming service, which offers Discovery content to stream along with the TNT Sports channels, but this doesn't offer live TV from Discovery. 

So we can be sure on what you currently have, along with all potential options, I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can guide you through everything we have available.

Thank you for replying Peter I won't ring up at the moment because I don't understand the avalanche of information they give you and I don't want any of them to get into trouble for not completing a sale or whatever because it is not their fault they are doing their best to help 

I really don't understand why the only written information I have received about setting up the tv was in  small flimsy leaflet in very  tiny writing it is very strange

@Bee7532 @Peter_W  the Discovery channel is also available through the entertainment package, without paying for the full works package.

You can watch live streams of all the Discovery channels through the Discovery plus app that comes as an app through the pro box, mini box and apple TV. 

You don't need the full works package for the Discovery plus app either as it is included as the basic subscription with the entertainment package. 

If you have the sport or big sport package the Discovery channel won't show up on the TV guide as viewable with your subscription, but you can watch it via the app.
