Ah, yikes. Unfortunately that's not a good error to see - it means your TV failed to initialise itself correctly from the factory.
We've been working with Samsung recently to fully understand this issue, and unfortunately the only fix is to perform what Samsung call a "scorched earth" reset - a factory reset that is much more intense than the one found in the system settings.
To do this you'll need to find the power button on the underside of your TV - under the Samsung logo. It's a tiny button with a power logo on it.
Once you've found it:
Turn your TV on as normal.
Press and hold that bottom power button for 5 seconds.
Release the power button on the TV, and immediately press and hold the Standby button on your remote control (pointed at your TV) for another 5 seconds.
Your TV screen will turn black and be unresponsive for a couple of minutes. You’ll then see the Samsung logo appear, and it’ll go into the first time setup process. Please give this a go, then install the EE TV app again.

I get a message saying that it does not recognise my details and saying they are working to correct the error. There is a code SJ103.

I have the same problem as LindaFr.
If I do a ‘scorched earth’ reset will I lose other app downloads?

I have recently bought a Samsung smart TV, model year 2023. After installing the EE TV app, I am unable to log in. I am able to log in and add the devise code using my BT ID from a different devise up to receive the message "all done, you are now logged in" however my EE TV app still does not move on from the "let's get you logged in" screen, I am stuck to this page...any help?

We're aware of an issue affecting Samsung Smart TV and the Amazon Firestick app @Simo09 - we're working hard to restore service ASAP. It should be back up in a few hours.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

In fact - that's it back up again now @Simo09
You'll need to restart the app (or your TV) to pick up the fix.
