Error: too many boxes on broadband

Hi, 

we get this error that we have to many boxes on the broadband,  but we should have the main box and a multiroom box.  
how do we fix this?

The multiroom subscription comes with an extra £10 a month charge on a BT Broadband connection @Brenmelv - I don't see it currently on your account.
