EEtv

[BOF2]

Had EEtv, EEwifi and phone line package installed this morning. The engineer got it all going but left with the TV saying "Loading" he said it will take about 45 mins.

3hrs and its still "Loading"

Does anyone out there know what I do to resolve this issue.

You have to wait for it all to be activated at the EETV end, which will probably happen tomorrow. You may have to reset both router and TV box tomorrow, once this is done, as you may have jumped the gun a bit, misled by the engineer.
