Discovery + for EE Big Sport

Despite renewing our contract, we cannot watch anything on Discovery Plus ... your EE website states we are entitled to Discovery + Premium with Big Sports package.

Despite registering it won't let me watch anything without upgrading???

Please advise ASAP.

If you moved from BT Broadband to EE Broadband as part of your renewal then you may be required to reactivate your discovery+ account. Log into https://ee.co.uk/login and you should see an option to activate it again. 

When you follow the process, it'll take you to the discovery+ web site. Be sure to use the "sign in" button at the top right corner of the screen to pair your updated subscription with your existing login.

With the BIg Sport TV pack you would have discovery+ premium included.  That is the discovery + app pack that enables you to stream/catchup TNT sport.

Did you have a TV package  before you renewed  ?
