Discovery + activation

I have received a notification that I can activate my discovery + however when I try to activate I get This service isnt working right now.

Any ideas?

ive just got eetv installed on 25/10. Made discovery plus account and log in. Imputed the 6 digit code and channels still won't show.

Are you able to view the channels through the discovery+ EETV app?

Hi Christopher No I can't watch anything on the app, its asks me to upgrade for a service I'm already subscribed to with my ee tv package.

When you registered for discovery+, did you use the same email address as your registered with EE TV, @jaggy1?

Just to follow up @jaggy1 - I can see that you haven't activated your discovery+ account.  It sounds like you created one directly with discovery+ instead.

You need to log into https://ee.co.uk/login/ with your EE ID (the ntlworld.com one - not the one you logged into this forum with) and then follow the process shown to activate your discovery+ account.  When it takes you to the discovery+ site, be sure to use the "Sign in" button in the top right corner to associate your subscription with the account you've already created.
