Channel list

Hi, I was wondering, hoping really, that it would be possible to change or rearrange the channel order in the guide so i can put similar channels together? At the moment, after hiding channels I don't need, the channels left are in a very random order? Thanks

Hi @PammyJG

Welcome to the community.

You aren't able to change the channel order as they are all pre-set. The Free to Air channels will be from 1 to 299 and then the subscription channels are 300 and above.

You can hide channels you don't watch as you mentioned, and there is also a handy page on our website that has a full list of the channels.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for the welcome and the reply.  I have hidden unwanted channels which is great, my OCD will just have to workaround this one 😂

I know what you mean @PammyJG. I recently took EE TV and I still find myself typing in the channels from my previous provider. I think I've remembered 3 channels, other than the likes of BBC, ITV1 and Channel 5.

I've even got the channel list saved on my phone.

Me too. It’s called the EETV app 😛

I'll be honest @Midnight_Voice, I rarely look at the app so didn't even know the channel guide was there. I'll be using that moving forwards.

If you have the EE TV app @PammyJG, it is under Live, then at the top you'll see an option for Schedule.
