Can't activate discovery plus

I had BT broadband and it moved to EE when it got bought out.

 

I recently saw an offer for discovery plus at a discount so rang up to get this offer.

 

I was sent an email to activate the account but it doesn't work and I can't get someone on the phone and there is no other method of getting help from someone.

 

I'm not sure how else to be able to log in to view discovery plus and tnt sports

I click the link and I log in but it doesn't do anything.

 

I get "This service isn’t working right now

There are known issues with Safari. Please try a different browser.

I don't have safari, I use chrome

Same issue here. I was moved to EE from BT and had problems ever since.  This issue is my latest one.

What about using Microsoft Edge? 

EE Apple TV box, EE mini box, Full Fibre 900, Sky Stream

I have managed to get mine working. Try this  Instead of using the link, login to Ee.co.uk via web not app, go to Manage Broadband and scroll down to bottom and there is a link to activate Discovery+. Hopefully this is the same for you.
