EE TV went live this morning, but cannot activate Discovery+ Basic which is included with my package just keep getting this message..
You’ll go to discoveryplus.com to create your account and activate.
We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while

Thanks for coming to the community.
It is great to hear that your EE TV package is up and running, but let's see how we can get the discovery+ subscription working.
How was it you were trying to activate it? Was it from an email you were sent or in your EE online account or EE app?

Online ee app and website, however when I go into my discovery+ account details it says it’s already connected to my account but the ee app/website tells me it needs activating.
Also been trying to add the 4k add on it just brings me to this page even though I have an active EE broadband and TV package, just going round in circles.

What happens if you try to login to discovery+ with your existing account details?

It’s already logged in and it was originally using sky but now showing both sky and ee under account details on the website but only showing sky on the app, as sky only cancelled yesterday. I can watch it ok.

If the Sky one has been cancelled and it shows EE under the account details and is working, you won't need to do anything.
If you do find it does stop working though and it still won't let you activate through your online account, our TV guides will be able to access your account to help if you give them a call.
