I was looking to access the MODES addons after migrating from BTTV to EE broadband/TV (after a range of other issues), however I can't access any offers or orders as I still have an Open order - which it turns out was a replacement Remote for the old BTTV box (didnt get an EE TV box for some reason) and the order has "failed" - however I recieved the order adays ago so it would seem this will sit there for a while and stop me from accessing addons and new orders I might want to consider. Can this be removed?
