As in the title I’ve move from BT to EE and have the same Big Sport package. NOW was seamless, picked up where I left off. Discovery+ however says I have no passes. I tried all the help I can find on the EE site to no avail. The last one I tried says I have nothing to activate.
I phoned EE and current wait time is 45 minutes so I thought I’d check in here as I’m sure someone will have resolved this exact problem at some time (didn’t find it on search though)

Hi, this has now been solved. All a bit odd tbh. A guide got me to navigate through to the correct page and there was no ‘Activate Discovery+’ button. Then he sent me a link via email to the same page and there was an Activate Dscovery+ button. Tada!
Weirdly, I was told by the guide was all BT kit and EE kit is the same internally (we don’t have fftp) but some they want to swap out (TV box) and some they don’t (Phone and Hub)
