I have just upgraded to iPhone 14Pro

During the phone transfer IOS16 deleted my physical card and created an e-sim.

I had, emphasise had, 2 EE sims - physical for business and e-sim for personal.

I now have no working business number!!!

EE should have shipped out another physical SIM with the new phone plus instructions

Apple needs to change their IOS phone transfer

@DexterCo  You should have taken the physical sim out the old device first and then transferred your eSim to the new device eSim via the new iOS 16 feature and then put your sim in your new device.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Know I now. Hindsight is a great thing.
