I have tnt sports as add on taken with phone upgrade since 20th Oct -raised complaint after entering PIN same message reciebed technical error -EE team wasting time each time i contact them -last week Saturday EE advisor updated it is issue faced by so many customers -technical team is working on issue -still no luck ( discovery support team also contacted as advised by EE-but they advised it is EE issue ) it is all ping pong wasting my time each day

I'm sorry you're unable to activate the TNT Sport add-on and have been in touch multiple times to get this looked into.
If this has been raised to the relevant technical support team and a complaint has been opened, they will be getting the activation looked into to help you get this set up and be in touch with you. If you would like to discuss this further, I would advise getting back in touch with our tech guides. They can access the account and look into the complaint to see if there are any updates for you.

Hi complaint was raised ID**** last week but yesterday they sent messaged to me it is closed ( without resolution )!!
