Cannot contact EE

I have been over charged for my bill and I am unable to contact EE on any of their numbers… can anyone help? I’ve been trying since yesterday morning.

What numbers have you been trying? EE C/S is on 150 from your mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.

Whilst there is no account access on this internet forum, we may be able to help with general queries?
