Hello Katie_B,
No, we haven't made any changes to both accounts.
Still can't view or print the invoices.
WHAT IS EE DOING ABOUT THIS ISSUE AS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE.
THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!

I have had the same problem for months now....I contacted customer services directly so that they could email me the invoices, that I needed. They told me that the problem would be reported to IT but the problem with the website hasn't been fixed yet....I am thinking of leaving and going with a different company!

How long ago did you contact us and get this raised to the relevant team to be looked into?
Do you get an error message when trying to view and download the bills?
