I work for a small business who doesn't use EE as our primary provider, We don't have EE phones as standard, we have 3 phone lines we need to migrate that we're paying for in EE, I've tried to request the PAC codes using the EE website but keep getting "This normally works...Text INFO to 85075 to get your switching information by text." for the last 3 days, I can't text the usual numbers because i'm not on the EE network. I just need the PAC codes for the 3 devices we have. Your bot keeps crashing/breaking saying "LP_reconnect Sorry, i could not find anything for that" or saying "Sorry, I didn't quite understand that. To continue, please choose one of the options below." then never presenting me any options and it's incredibly frustrating.

Have you tried texting PAC to 65075 from the phones your need the codes for?
If you don't have access to the devices, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can help.

Hi,
No i don't have those phones, nor do we have access to them. That's why we're trying to cancel the contracts and have it be managed by our providers.
I just need to speak to a human being rather than forums/customer care with help guides etc.

I also have 3 old ee phones i need the pac codes for how do i get these ? As they are old phones not being used id like to trade them in ?
