I try to call 150 but it ask for credit top up to call
But I have registered for unlimited minutes aldreay, why I need to top up extra credit just to call 150 for help?

@Ngocbui19 : Your pack doesn't include calls to CS, which cost 15p each call.
On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
