Has anyone else found that after a telephone call to EE the notes in your account, written by the agent, are wrong? You would think what you say is correctly and securely recorded

The notes on your account should be a brief synopsis of what you've discussed when you've called our team, but these are written by our guides, so there may be some smaller details missing. All of our calls are recorded, however, so if needed these can listened back to, so we can get a better idea of what has happened.
